DEFCON2TECH LLC uses it. It does not replace any privacy or data-processing terms
agreed for a specific client engagement.

When you use the website contact form, you provide:

* your name;
* email address;
* the service or product you select; and
* the message you write.

Like most Internet services, the website and its security controls may process limited
technical request information, such as IP address, browser request details, and
timestamps, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

The website does not use analytics, advertising, session-recording, or other visitor
tracking tools.

3. USE OF INFORMATION

DEFCON2TECH uses contact-form information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested
services, protect the website from abuse, and maintain business records as needed.
Contact-form submissions are validated and sent to the designated DEFCON2TECH mailbox
through authenticated TLS SMTP.

4. SHARING

DEFCON2TECH does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when
reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide requested services, comply with a
legal obligation, or protect rights, safety, and security.

5. RETENTION AND SECURITY

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond,
maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Access is limited to the extent needed for these purposes. The public contact form is
not designed for sensitive information; do not submit passwords, private keys, or
other sensitive client material through it.
